SHIPPING CUT-OFF TIME IS 1:00PM EASTERN Shipping Methods We use the following shipping services. USPS (United States Post Office) and UPS(United Parcel Service). When you complete a transaction on our web site you are prompted to select your choice of UPS or US Post Office shipping. We charge standard rates and never a Handling fee! Remember UPS will not deliver to a Post Office Box! Please read below for UPS Next Day Air and UPS Next Day Air Saver. UPS Collect We will ship on your UPS account if you have one, with no additional fee. Order must be placed by phone or fax. UPS Next Day Air & Saver For UPS Next Day Air and UPS Next Day Air Saver. Orders placed on Fridays through the website will ship standard Next Day Air or Saver (per your selection). If you need Saturday delivery orders must be placed over the phone. Please be aware that orders placed on Fridays through the website will not be delivered on Saturday. Shipping Locations

Your shipping charge will be based on the weight of your order, the distance shipped, and the method you select when ordering (Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air or Ground). This includes items shipped in multiple boxes. We charge standard UPS rates. Orders Damaged in Shipping
If you believe a package received from us was damaged in transit, please refuse shipment and tell the carrier that you are refusing delivery because the package is damaged. Then e-mail service@fairfieldsupply.com to inform us of the situation. Please include your name and e-mail address for reference. If you are not present at the time of delivery and cannot refuse shipment, please call Fairfield Supply to make arrangements to return the damaged order.
Return Policy
If you wish to return an item you ordered from Fairfield Supply we will refund your purchase less shipping within 7 business days from delivery. The item must be in new unused condition for return to be granted.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is charged at the applicable rate, for orders received within the sate of Florida. Export Policy Purchaser agrees to take any and all actions necessary to comply with applicable US export laws and regulations and other applicable foreign laws with respect to the Products in this invoice, including making determinations of final destination of Products licensed to Licensees if any Product may be re-exported or transferred to a location outside of the United States. Purchaser agrees that any export or re-export of Product shall be done in accordance with the United States Export Administration Regulations. Electric Motor and Drive Sales Electric motor and drive sales are subject to the following conditions. All returned motors in excess of 100.00US dollars and all electronic drives are subject to a 25% restocking fee less original shipping charges. We reserve the right to ship motors and drives the most efficient way regardless of selected speed except for UPS 2nd Day and Next Day Service. We recommend that due to the technical nature of these products that orders be placed by phone. If for any reason UPS, FedEx or a trucking company cant deliver to your shipping address provided you are responsible for any extra shipping charges incurred in the shipping process. Fairfield Supply reserves the right to ship Reverso pumps and parts from the factory when an order is placed for Reverso products if the order is not in stock at our main distribution facility.
