International Customers 

Please e-mail sales@fairfieldsupply.com with your shipping information and the products you wish to purchase and we will give you a quote within 12 normal business hours or less. Please be detailed, include country, post codes, ship to address and requested shipping speed. Fairfield Supply Inc. is not responsible for any fees, taxes or duty imposed by the country our products are delivered to. Please check your contries import policy and laws for further informaton regarding these fees.


Shipping Methods
We use the following shipping services. USPS (United States Post Office) and UPS(United Parcel Service). When you complete a transaction on our web site you are prompted to select your choice of UPS or US Post Office shipping. If you want your order to go via another carrier please call 727-641-5854 to obtain a shipping quote. We charge standard rates and never a Handling fee! Remember UPS will not deliver to a Post Office Box! Please read below for UPS Next Day Air and UPS Next Day Air Saver.

UPS Collect
We will ship on your UPS account if you have one, with no additional fee. Order must be placed by phone or fax.

UPS Next Day Air & Saver
For UPS Next Day Air and UPS Next Day Air Saver. Orders placed on Fridays through the website will ship standard Next Day Air or Saver (per your selection). If you need Saturday delivery orders must be placed over the phone. Please be aware that orders placed on Fridays through the website will not be delivered on Saturday.
 
Shipping Locations
All orders purchased from Fairfield Supply Inc. are shipped from our warehouse located in Clearwater, Florida 33765
 
Shipping Charges
Your shipping charge will be based on the weight of your order, the distance shipped, and the method you select when ordering (Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air or Ground). This includes items shipped in multiple boxes. We charge standard UPS  rates.
 
Orders Damaged in Shipping
If you believe a package received from us was damaged in transit, please refuse shipment and tell the carrier that you are refusing delivery because the package is damaged. Then call 727-641-5854 or e-mail service@fairfieldsupply.com to inform us of the situation.
Please include your name and e-mail address for reference. If you are not present at the time of delivery and cannot refuse shipment, please call Fairfield Supply to make arrangements to return the damaged order.
 
Return Policy
If you wish to return an item you ordered from Fairfield Supply we will refund your purchase less shipping within 7 business days from delivery. The item must be in new unused condition for return to be granted.
 
Sales Tax
Sales tax is charged at the applicable rate, for orders received within the sate of Florida.
