International Customers 
Please e-mail sales@fairfieldsupply.com with your shipping information and the products you wish to purchase and we will give you a quote within 12 normal business hours or less. Please be detailed, include country, post codes, ship to address and requested shipping speed.

We use the following shipping services. USPS (United States Post Office), FedEx(Federal Express) and UPS(United Parcel Service). When you complete a transaction on our web site you are prompted to choose a UPS or USPS shipping method. If you want your order to go via another carrier please call 727-641-5854 to obtain a shipping quote. We charge standard rates and never a Handling fee! Remember UPS will not deliver to a Post Office Box!

All orders purchased from Fairfield Supply Inc. are shipped from our warehouse located in Clearwater, Florida 33765

 

Shipping Charges
Your shipping charge will be based on the weight of your order, the distance shipped, and the method you select when ordering (Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air or Ground). This includes items shipped in multiple boxes. We charge standard UPS and USPS rates.

 

Orders Damaged in Shipping
If you believe a package received from us was damaged in transit, please refuse shipment and tell the carrier that you are refusing delivery because the package is damaged. Then call 727-641-5854 or e-mail service@fairfieldsupply.com to inform us of the situation.

Please include your name and e-mail address for reference. If you are not present at the time of delivery and cannot refuse shipment, please call Fairfield Supply to make arrangements to return the damaged order.

 

If you wish to return an item you ordered from Fairfield Supply we will refund your purchase less shipping within 7 business days from delivery. The item must be in new unused condition for return to be granted.

 

Sales Tax
Sales tax is charged at the applicable rate, for orders received within the sate of Florida.
